I've found with my own experience with my parents the older the attorney is,  the less "evolved", so just a heads up to arm yourself with background on this in order to ask the right questions. 

Today I got a bill that is 100% more than what I used to pay - my blood was rushing- They increased my building coverage- They changed from "cash value" to "replacement value"These 2 updates that they made cost my portfolio to go double.

For turnkey options it can also be a good idea to get ahead of the historical summer peak buyer push and not have to worry about getting a rental launched while most visitors are looking to stay for the night.For properties that require furnishing, the beginning of Spring is the optimal time for out of area or absentee investors to enjoy their property, familiarize themselves with their new home and their community and get operations and supplies dialed in. 

Do that, and you'll still be ahead of 99.9% of the population, but there's too much fantasy thinking on this site.

There actually is this weird scenario, just past goldilocks, and closer to Alice in Wonderland, where the economy keeps chugging along…. slowly, household incomes crawl ahead, corporate earnings play duck duck goose, unemployment (usually) rises and inflation stagnates.
