I am currently putting around $700 a month towards loan 1 as an extra principal reduction payment but I was wondering if perhaps I should rotate which loan gets the extra payment each month or just stick with the normal practice of focusing on one debt at a time.

I also agree with @Jay Hinrichs mold is usually created by a tenant, but also sometimes by an owner being neglectful, but whatever it is it is one of those issues for my renovation biz, even though I now know much more on mold (got great info from a mold removal guy here on BP too) and even though most mold is NOT the toxic strain, can be cleaned up relatively easily and IF the moisture source is eliminated, will not return.

You can give a rotating monthly credit of $50 to one of the roommates who is willing to shovel snow during the winter season.

It is set up so that it only sends one email about every 5 minutes, and it rotates through the various email addresses you have given it to send from using SMTP.  

Those reports are meant to scare people into action by listing all the possible health effects of each strain of mold and will only give them further internal justification to see a legal claim. 

Outside of that, I have rotational advertisements I worked on with my property managers, and in my random check-in phone calls, we have brief discussions over which ones get views and replies and which don't.

I have all the usual numbers and even the direct local number, but even though they answer, they just transfer me to the customer service rotation hell.

It wouldn't strain the finances as the other tenants rent will cover the expenses however it might be vacant for approx. 1-3 months. 

I work 40-80 hours a week on a rotating day/night/afternoon schedule.

I think it is harder (it doesn't really get that cold here in TN) to rent, however, and I adjust leases to get them back on summer rotations in the winter.
