and I get telemaketed for my notes.I have done this in Oregon.. pretty simple I call the title company and have customer service send me over a run each month of every note filed that is not a bank.. that is an LLC or private name of or a retirement account.now I think if you don't have what we have on the west coast computerized digitized title plants were this is just a click of the mouse.VAs can probably figure out how to build these lists for you as well may take some time. .but you should be able to pull those together..  

@Michael Plante as for interest rate at 2% I believe this is because of negative Euribor.

It is a little vague because plants and dirt are not either on or off.

Hey all,Thanks to @Ryan E. for getting us back on track and @Llewelyn A for sharing detailed info.Thinking a bit more on this overnight I guess I'm really asking:What specific structures can adopt or tactics that you can employ to increase resilience to bankruptcy in a downturn?

Whenever I went to their place, they always had dirty dishes in the sink and when I'd take care of their plants when they were gone, I'd always see a couple of roaches crawling around. 

The duplex needs downspouts cleaned and an additional one added, plants trimmed away from the house and removed, glass block windows installed in the basement, some tuck pointing, caulking and grading done.

I know in some neighborhoods here in Chicago where past meatpacking plants, gas stations or spaces where major companies used to conduct their product assembly -- some of these business entities have been taken to court by local IPOs and community organizers and lost; they were ordered to not only cover the cost of the cleanup but the testing thereafter. 

My live-in maintenance guy (finally found a good one) has been excellent & took it upon himself to plant all sorts of flowers, get free mulch etc that he grabbed from a nursery they were tearing down.

Can’t plant the seed one day and expect to eat the fruit the next day.

There are a number of DOD contractor companies that are based here locally including a new Boeing plant.
