I've always lived in IL, I have some family in Naples and was going to start a Biz with my brother, and things fell threw, but I should have just leased out my license.

ALSO, due to a recent storm a branch fell on overhead electric line which a pole that was attached to house and went through part of roof was partially ripped away from house and now you can see through part of roof for underneath house.

you know we had the craigslist killer in Boston, set up appointments with prostitutes and killed them,,,do we have a Bigger Pockets stalker,,asking for a mentor then holding them hostage until they tell all of the 'secrets of real estate".....I bet he is on vacation or busy with work

What a felling, ha?

I wouldn't say anything fell apart, but its just a matter of actually pulling the trigger and doing something.   

When I was in high school, we had a career day and "Real Estate Agent" was one of the "classes" I could go to, so I decided to and fell in love with the idea of being a real estate agent.  

The owner of the one house had previously built the other house and it fell into foreclosure.

This is not a normal investing strategy we use as this deal just kind of fell in my lap.

I had it in the rotation with Entrepreneur on Fire, a few other notables podcasts but I found myself always coming back to BP for my long trips.I "fell" into a tri-plex buy about a year ago, and have been obsessed ever since.  

Our deal fell through for financial reasons, so we didn't have to decide whether we even wanted to deal with that situation.
