Vern,  I am in complete agreement with you about why there can't be a place on the web (Connected Investors is too busy promoting their in-house lending company Lending Tree, to be willing to provide a forum for this type of thing.

It is an EXTREMELY high risk investment in an investment promoter.

I am paid member for both software but don't want to promote them openly :) haha the first is true home valuation software but I guess their most value is finding blocks that have highest potential growth based on past historical performance and ability to forecast up to three years.

Its hard to promote your fund leading off with your loss's and these funds can hardly be compared to Buffet . 

I think a step-by-step video for beginners would be useful so that they know how to interpret all the data they put out and why each piece of information is important and useful.

If it is priced right, and each year they increase the rent, you should be able to make back that fee in both money and piece of mind.

When anybody promotes anything to you or refers you to anybody, make sure that they disclose any financial interest they might have when promoting or referring.

Most of them do not really analyze your piece of property.
