(realtors do this too and it's sick), they draw a 1 mile circle around their property and cherry pick comps to justify value.

Otherwise, you are just plainly taking advantage of them.

You need to show her you mean business, plain and simple.

Keep in mind for every average Joe that gets in another one decides they’re sick of toilets and reviews and gets out.

It is all about them, their needs, what  they can get and Real Estate agents,  although evil creatures that smell funny, simply gat sick of just being used.Always focus on value first and the rest falls into place.We have a pet Real estate agent.
