They wanted people to oversee it who have been in the business and understood it.There is always a win/win/win until about 4 days into it and someone feels cheated (During an inspection, a lawn mower, a misunderstanding about a lot line or a neighbors use of the property, a leak that appears or a windstorm knocking a tree over, a mortgage guy that is going to be late on commitment, a bounced EMD check).

I might misunderstand the intent here but if you have been going from agent to agent to go look at property, with no offers or offers accepted aka closings, the past agents and current agent are likely just wanting to protect their time.

But, I think he'll see that by loaning you whatever amount, the interest he gets is for loaning you money, not for paying for the property.I think you misunderstand.
