Hi everyone, I moved overseas and hired a big name management co ( Two letters and one number in their name) in Riverside to handle the property.

Now some ppl may go on the site and violate and try to show vacant apartments to get ppl info & what not but all yu have to do is check their id/licenses or co. etc while viewing da spot.... ion kno other ppl experiences but i came across some great brokers and some weirdos!

(Heck, even property-rights-driven Colorado Springs limited STR investment properties.)But on Aug. 3, Arvada city council voted to allow Airbnb in the city limits in both your primary residence and in non-owner occupied rentals.

We do have a wonderful co-host, realtor, CPA and lawyer already working with us!

Hey Steve, I’ve been co-hosting for 26+ listings and find that Airdna is pretty close with its revenue projections.

Vail has not put any limits on STRs so don't listen to the others who say Colorado is making it hard.

I bought exit signs, fire extinguishers, carbon monoxide/smoke detectors in one and Ring Alarm Smoke and CO Listener to be installed next to each detector.

The latter is part of the former, but they're not interchangeable.I'd think about it as a furnished 3-month-plus type of stay, and there are a lot of people who want that type of stay -- remote workers, students, recent divorcees, new transplants, and yes, travel nurses.Some of midterm rentals in Denver and Colorado Springs are close to hospitals, some not.
