By your own admission you don't have a budget to utilize some of the more expensive marketing systems.

It can ruin a brain or nervous system for life.

Been researching this program and looking for honest, unbiased feedback from those who have gone through the Flip System.

Their processes and systems are just not reliable enough for me to trust them.

This system is definitely old and doesn't always work according to some of the current tenants. 

They know the ins and outs of the statutes and the court system and will be able to give you a solid answer.Carefully document everything.

If you are considering this route, seek legal counseling, as I'm just a guy on the internet that has watched a bunch of YouTube videos by Clint Coons :) 

You just have to make sure you work with a realtor who can easily plug you in with his system and network of GCs, PMs, lenders, etc. so that you can easily build you real estate team out-of-state.
