I suppose a prepayment penalty could be setup which would result in basically the same thing as I propose, in other words, a normal mortgage with a lower interest rate/market price/down payment, with a very large pre-payment penalty (starting as equal to the amount of interest owed over 30 years) that would slowly go down as the mortgage amortized.

Do you have a pre payment penalty on the 1st?

@Jen Lombardi  What you need is a pre-analysis on the properties.

Just like most markets in America, STRs are returning to pre-Covid occupancy rates and most people have no experience what that looks like because they entered STR investing during and since COVID.

Are there any true $0 down private money lenders offering pre-approval/financing for properties in the $50-100K range?

The plan would be to partner with local hospitals, insurance agencies, businesses, etc. and incorporate great amenities, where I would imagine I could make a better return, but that's where I'm struggling to determine how much better than listings in Furnished Finder.
