Got an odd question and believe I know the answer but am looking to confirm.If I bought a property with seller financing, when the note is created the bank would still see the loan under the title correct? 

Normally you will just need to pay the county to transfer the deed and the title company will likely charge a fee to create the quit claim deed.   

An entity is considered to be an owner if it holds record title to the property or has an equitable title or right acquired by contract with the record title holder.

But the title "property/real estate investor" can seem intimidating if you're not totally educated on the subject.

In some places, you'd take this directly to a real estate agent or a title company, in some states attorneys handle contracts.

He said it had take a lot of time lining up his “team” - an attorney for each of the 10 states he was going to invest in, accountant, real estate agents for each of 10 states, title companies for each state, and insurance agents.  

Their job is to answer your questions, consult with a professional (broker, attorney, title company) when you don't know what, who or how to ask :) The central and south coast does offer quite a bit fewer hurdles to permit, more on that later... 

This could be showing clues of false docs or stolen identity.

Given the current market conditions my credit situation,and a title cloud that shouldn't be there, I'm exploring various financing strategies to manage this debt effectively.

The total fees we were quoted from one lender initially were $50k on a $6ook DCSR between origination, closing/admin and title, seems excessive?
