Hi, I was a named beneficiary in a life estate as the sole remainderman of two condos.

Unfortunately, it is human nature to complain much more than it is to be grateful.There are good deals out there and good sponsors.

But as time went on, rents kept going up along with everything else in life. 

It is rural, so the water would drain only onto my land.So some counties in many states regulate how you deal with draining of human used water.
