Yeah maybe stay away from acrylic, use a kit from Lowes like @Nicole Pettis said, you'll need two kits for a bath and shower - OPEN A WINDOW, its has a horrible smell that is intense. 

In the middle of escrow I found out that 1 tenant is actually 6 months late in rent and I was horribly misinformed from the start. 

Right now, the "risk - reward" ratio is horrible in the stock market. 

although in florida it is, thankfully, a lot easier to evict someone, having a nightmare tenant when you live next door would be horrible. hopefully you'll be able to buy something good and build up equity quickly.

@Benjamin Timmins, my point is that people are taking their individual experience and lack of being able to manage section 8, as an opportunity to scapegoat an entire group of people as horrible.
