Do you want to fix/flip or do you want to buy/hold?

Hi folks,Is there anyone that is self-managing their buy/hold properties in The Villages?

It is generally not recommended to have a S-Corp hold appreciating property such as real estate.

Someone that has to ask the question will typically be best served by having an agent represent them and hold their hand.  

Investment Info:Single-family residence buy & hold investment. 4 bed / 4 bath, 3500 sq ft

Acquires a new one via capital injection annually, and with the pyramiding, after 20yrs of this will be siting on a nice holdings that is planned to fund kids university tuitions via rents at that time, which around yr17 we will start deploying into assets with more of that cash-flow focus. 

What’s holding you back from starting your next fix & flip project?

The wooden cabinet holding up the sink begins to rot.

I'm not going to hold a tenant hostage or make them pay rent if they finished their work contract early and need to leave town.

Many people recommend buy and hold for 4-6 years there and then either 1031 or refi and pull money out.
