Bitcoin's functional use is pretty amazing.

Just pay them well and things will be OK.You are only 3 hours away and that is pretty close IMHO.

Since SF is a special case, this risk is pretty common.

I'm a CPA and husband a financial planner so we're pretty focused and knowledgeable on the financial analysis and planning side. 

go to her broker, make it super difficult to work with. go after her license, go after everything and say all you want is a release. you are a consumer. the law is pretty clear. look up procuring cause. buy a different floorplan of the same house int he same neighborhood without those addresses and you'll get around it 

I know Cedar Neeley over there pretty well and they are one of the only lenders I know of doing loans of this size. 

I really like the Nokomis area a lot - if you're looking at holding onto this one as a rental for a while, I'm sure you'll see some nice appreciation in the coming years too.Just curious, but did you do the full renovation after closing on it, or did it come pretty much turnkey for you?
