I would like to have an active earning real estate job so that I can fund buying rental properties.

Its time where i want to start my journey into real estate, now my father is more than willing to pass me the torch because he is also working a full time job.

This is very market dependent  also dependent on jobs and avaliable land to build etc.

So they use broad strokes to entice new people to talk to them, but they don't have the knowledge or expertise to do the job.

Right now my dream is that 60% bonus depreciation means: my investors get 60% of their start up investment right back as a rolling tax credit - usable from year one?

.#2 Set a schedule....lets say you work 8-5pm FT job....then you work 6-10pm calling, prospecting 5 days a week and 8hrs on Saturday and 4hrs on Sunday afternoon.#3 That's 32 hours a week for the first 6 months after your FT job. 

It shouldn't be a recurring scenario (or it looks a little less "accidental") but in cases like this, your job is to simply have the correct intent, see what you have done to demonstrate that and build your case.
