So we did what any person who just went from 780 and 700 credit scores to $40000 in debt and our new 500 credit scores ( thanks to them getting us exactly what we needed in credit to pay for the package)..... we scraped borrowed and begged for another $16000 for one on one training where there selling point is he (mentor not Matt) will come to u and not leave until to you get your first deal!!!

@Rodeline Paul not as hard as you may think, but does take time to research a market.You can use Zillow info to map out cities or neighborhoods in a large city, and then look at the sales and rent data.Geographic patterns will emerge in the data:)

So when an appraiser looks at the data, if your home is the most recent sale then they will use that to adjust for their appraisal report which shows value is dropping.
