Is there a huge hotel culture in Jacksonville?

We are just getting started & want immerse ourselves in the culture, make contacts in our area & start making deals!

They discarded my contemporary style light, which was a match for the light in an adjacent room and they installed an "antique style" of their choice.  

Although I definitley don't miss the brutal winters, there is something to be said about a city with so much culture and diversity.

Walk around the office, get a vibe for the culture, talk to a few people about their experience and see how you feel after the meeting.  

Set up a culture of them paying timely almost every month.
