If you think back the housing bubble that one of scenarios is so many people using false income to buy/invest houses and the collapse lending system let that happened for years.

It would take another housing collapse to get people to sell for much below asking.That said, i dont know this market like I knew Seattle.

Is it the main sewer pipe or the lateral (the pipe that connects your house tot the main sewer) which is collapsing?

And countless other banks and lenders post 2007/8/9 housing collapse.

I know it is a distressed town after the collapse of the steel industry, but I also know that Uber and CMU both have recently developed a presence there and the former Almono steel plant site is ripe for development.  

As they sat they would collapse and fall onto the toilet...

Is there any kind of collapse where there are jagged edges that will catch things and cause blockages?

We used to have flu only two years ago, but they injected the economy with cancer and heart attack and stroke so economy and company can't move , when people can't move the Fed think one would not spend money LOLSeems like much bigger financial institution gonna collapse soon but truly there's almost no point for company to continue operation.

Lets define what is known variable first:- Q1 2023 we will have the highest FFR- Q2 2023 FFR is following Q1 2023 FFR- Q4 2023, inflation is hopefully going to be 5%, this is per Fed data/analysis - rent growth is reducing now but at some point it will be flat and rebound.Question:- it seems buying in Q1 or Q2 2023 could be fantastic opportunity to buy real estate- what I do not understand is, at which cycle approx. rent is going to increase I have more data now that at which CRE project is going to collapse (DSCR < 1.0), makes me wonder, what's the trajectory of rental growthif some sector within CRE collapsing.  

@Stephanie Kern I purchased a house last year that had a collapsing front porch due to eroding support, collapsing back end due to the ‘foundation’ being built without footings, and some cracks in the rest of the foundation.
