A hosting business involves marketing (LTR only markets when there is a vacancy), cleaning/turnover, check-in/check-out procedures, and a concierge communication.The analogy to Walmart is absurd.

They messaged us immediately demanding "a full refund because your listing says you have electricity, but you do not!"

They'd warn the tenant they are swinging by to take interior photos for the owners and you know the tenant would clean up at least 1x 1/4.

Let's say I come across a property  in Atlantic City, NJ with good bones (roof, plumbing, windows, electric, etc..), or even Turnkey!
