It is a newly developed community for mostly 55+ and is located in Central Florida with over 60,000 homes (most built in the last few years) encompassing 80+ sq miles from Marion County in the North, through Sumter County to the South and West and into Lake County to the East.

We used Zillow to advertise the rental and it worked like a charm!

Mystic definitely has our eye...it's a really charming town and we've always loved to visit.

@Mason Adelman I know your original question was on a real estate book and although it only has 10 pages strictly devoted to real estate I believe most of the book would apply as it hits on business entities, deductions, and planning which all encompass real estate investing.

as @Anthony Angotti Angotti mentioned, it's worth looking into Pittsburgh.Always ranked as one of America's "most livable cities", great amenities, charming neighborhoods, interesting topography, diverse economy, good arts, food & & culture, great sports, relatively protected from natural disasters...it has winters, but not nearly as bad as some more northern cities.
