Thank you Lawrence, I have contacted a lender and got pre approved for a loan that’s not the biggest but now I know my numbers and meeting with him to discuss ways to grow the loan amount

Reunion and Encore are a concern as I know the management company I want and I had heard you cannot use the community amenities if you do not use theirs.We rented a home in Champions Gate a few years back that was managed by Jeeves (one of encores management choices) and it was a nightmare.Any first hand information from owners in any communities would be great.

Champions Gate, Solara, Storey Lake, Solterra, Windsor at Westside, etc.
