So much easier than bouncing between two platforms, especially if you have multiple listings. 

The July check just bounced and the June check also bounced causing me considerable issues.

They don't have any ability to withdraw from the account (unless the teller initiates fraud) and in any case we bounce payments out of the account electronically as they are made. 

I think you've got it right, networking gives you people to bounce your deals off of, get advice and potentially find deals from.

Afraid that with the pressure of being in the moment I will do something I shouldn't have and set myself on a path that might be difficult to bounce back from.
