We ruined a bunch of clothes (old red clothes bleeding onto white ones because the "cold" water was hot) until the water company buried those lines.

I dont know the solution, but turning our backs is not going to do it   And while folks may think i am a bleeding heart, this is not true, however, i do have a concious and believe that there is enough in this world for all and that life is not a zero sum game

I don't see grocery stores giving their food away for free but the bleeding hearts think landlords have a moral obligation to do so.

I had to tell a 35yr old man Standing right  in his living room that I was going to throw his whole family out on the street if he didn’t pay up in front of his children as they stood there scared wondering where they will go .( I get no satisfaction out of that btw)  How many of you out of  state bleeding heart investors from the west coast would want to do that on your Labor Day “ off”  to get a measly  500 bucks ? 

You're not going to get it done with 3rd party property managers working hard to bleed you white across state lines.

Give yourself 5 years for the business to grow and become solidly established before bleeding off what is now false profits.
