@Mark BrownYou would be hard pressed to make any sense of a park like this.......If you start talking around 100k with seller carry it might be worth looking at seriously but judging from what the asking price relative to my suggestion, I would not waste your time.

For post cards, use yellow card stock and have a printer (Minuteman Press; PIP; etc - NOT a copy store like Office Depot) merge your card copy with the address list and print them on the card stock and cut them for you.
