YUP exactly those that crush it wholesaling would crush it in the auto industry or any other sales industry they are winners. what you have though is all these folks that have zero sales skills or little money and they just fade away its much tougher than it appears in guru adds.. nothing tougher than being a wholesaler but nothing eaiser to talk people out of money to do marketing and training.

@A Bari many/most investors will purchase their first 5-10 properties under their name, and instead of an LLC, get decent landlord insurance and an umbrella policy to cover their rental properties (and home and auto too).

Looks like C&C is using some type of mechanism or enforcement task force which is tracking the properties listed on Airbnb or VRBO sites, and then doing their checks if the property owner is paying taxes for "resort " zoning or not.
