We just finished rehabbing the upper unit and are now looking for renters for the upper.

Here are my takeaways: Pros- Gives you every step from start to finish to successfully wholesale property. - Training is in-depth and correctly sets expectations.

It wouldn't be funny if they don't want STR, and you don't find out until after everything is finished. 

The other risk is that when something goes wrong, each sub-contractor will say it was someone else's fault...or they cant start their part of the job until someone else finishes something else.
