I could basically do everything related to management for them, including optimizing the listing to increase earning potential, organize the cleaning, and everything in between!

We have 4 really good organizations.

It’s really helped me organize my thoughts and next steps as I transition.

For a smaller complex not financed through agency debt, you have more freedom to fund upgrades organically through cash flow; i.e, pay as you go.  

Try reaching out to such organizations and ask for a sample file to check validity in records. 

Then after many books, seminars, webinars, podcasts I took the plunge and invest out of State. have 1 in Michigan which cash flows 11% COC and currently working on attaining my second one in Euclid Ohio.

If you have more than maybe 20 properties I could see it feeling a bit less organized, but I was told last week some big search and organization features are coming soon.2.

Right now I am working through what I need to have in place to make that happen, so I'm starting out with reading, getting myself organized, and reaching out on these forums.

@Tom Smith I think that is a pretty attainable goal and can happen multiple ways.
