It dawned on me thats exactly right if your goal is to live on rental income and your job is being a landlord and your going to derive your income from rentals.. then of course your reinvest in your business..

This is only natural, and there is valuable info that can be derived from their experiences, but in and of itself this info tends to do more harm than good, when simply benchmarking others.
