I grew up in the Bronx and one of my partners does most of his work in Brooklyn.

I started a real estate investment group that consist of five of my friends I grew up with.

I feel confident about it considering it’s right next door to where I grew up and me and her do know each other and have for years and can get a ton of help from my parents talking to her as well and seeing where she’s at in the grieving process.

I really only have those on my short list because they seem to be popular markets around here :)I grew up in Houston and am pretty familiar with the area so I may add that to my list of places to look.

I've had a condo where the condo board was horrible and spent money like it grew on trees on things that didn't need to be done and others where they were really good, made a budget and stuck to it doing major renos with no extra fees.If you can, I'd look into a single family home. 

She showed me at least 15 homes before settling on this adorable cape cod in the neighborhood I grew up in.

I grew up in Hotchkiss and am very familiar with Delta :) Living in GJ now and wanting to deploy capital into first flip ourselves.

My wife grew up in Richmond and we plan on moving back this summer.
