Now U know why you do not want your kids hanging or staying in Seaside Heights, Point Pleasant and etc. with Snookie and the pedafiles and drug adicts that are in abundance you have to be krazy... or maybe more....Greedy or let's say "ETHICAL"You can network with the Doctors and Nurses of the senior developments and assisted living centers that know when their patients might be......... um checking out.

I am trying to purchase near a university or hospital because most students around me have housing paid for by parents, and nurses would be reliable enough (I hope).

Well after my meeting yesterday with the seller himself I was showed the right building and could actually understand why he couldn't give me an exact count on the number of rooms the building (which was a former nursing home) had.

My household income will just about double in September due to fiancee starting work (currently finishing her masters in nursing) so i know that i can take out more debt now and pay it off then.

Another aspect is here health and likelihood of ending up in a nursing home, that sale can come back in her determination of assets to qualify for benefits.
