You have ample to so don't be a motivated buyer and rush into bad deals.

I'm not calling every person with more than X doors greedy, I'm asking them to question their motives to ensure they're not falling into greed, because I assure you there are many who are.

Do you use it for motivated seller??

@Joey Cornelio definitely "rich dad poor Dad" if you haven't read it yet and also Donald Trumps "the art of the deal" are both fantastic books that can get you motivated and dedicated to real estate.

The Book on Estimating Rehab Costs and The Book on Flipping Houses: How to Buy, Rehab, and Resell Residential Properties  by J Scott.J spoke at the MidAtlantic conference back in April and is a very experienced and motivating!

Regardless, I pushed on.My next move was to figure out what this guys motivation was.

Hi @Jose Castillo, I'm getting about a 5% response rate and am constantly following up with those who seem motivated.

Seller motivation, condition of property, comparable sales, etc.
