However, as I am currently looking into assembling a portfolio of rental properties, I wanted them to be located close to myself:Eastern South Dakota: Sioux Falls, Mitchell, Brookings, Watertown, Yankton, Vermillion...Northwestern Iowa: Sioux City, Sioux Center, Spencer, Le Mars...Northeastern Nebraska: Omaha (?)
