Hey @Jason White.In my opinion, the only major worry with implementing the BRRRR strategy, if a downturn were to occur, is the refinancing step.

BTW, Erik, I like your idea of covering the possibility of unwanted guests, and I intend to implement it.

When sponsors charge an acquisition fee, a capital transaction fee and then implement a waterfall structure, this sort of offsets the pref.
