I also read an article about a company in Mass. that pooled funds to buy parks and then donated the land to the home owners...or something similar.

Bryan,Don´t found a right solution yet, only I know now, a EIN is linked for a Livetime on a company.So its possible I think I can find any person in Ohio, who fund the Corp. obtain the EIN by IRS and sell then the company to me.

@Kelly Foydl If I had 1 million, I will leverage the money and buy commercial property that will give me cash flow of $200,000 + per year.Then out of the cash flow, I will donate a part, and travel the World with the rest!

I know this because I run a chapter of a charity (Sleep in Heavenly Peace) in my town that builds beds for kids that don’t have beds and Lowe’s has been an amazing partner, donating tools, lumber, and their time to help us building and deliver beds to these kids.

Because you cannot own a nonprofit, it is generally not a good idea to put any of your own assets under a nonprofit unless you intend to donate it.
