What I have been finding is that the traditional players ( big banks, Cu ) that offer a true Heloc are assisting about 60 days to close and fund while the more online players such as Figure is offering A Heloc that to me is really a Heloan because you have to take the money over approved for the full amount but they promise a 7 days payout all things being equal.

This approach allows you to reduce living costs while recycling capital for future investments.Good luck!

Often these banks hold onto the paper on the loans they write and work on relationships.

On the other hand you virtually have to finish or bail, you can’t sell at a profit until then.

I am currently working on my first BRRRR and while walking through the rehab I accidentally stepped in paint then onto my hard wood floors. 

I suspect very few will leverage this great info to any success and likely zero will leverage this info to its fullest extent.Great thread @Henry Clark.
