Apologies for how long it is 😂Background - I have put a back up offer which looks like it will be accepted when the current buyer doesn’t meet the negotiated timeline  to close on a deal which was 2 small single family’s 2bd / 1bth recently fully renovated being sold together on a parcel.

Generally in this day and age its pretty easy to do quick due diligence (google, website, reviews, etc) to determine if a lender is reputable or not.Also - noting look straight from the NewFi websitehttps://newfi.com/dscr-loans/something is definitely off here if you were told you got a DSCR Loan and were required to provide tax returns to "qualify" - someone is not telling you the 100% truth which is certainly a flag to me.

The exception would be a superior website maintained for SEO, IF your investment program is large enough to cover the $5k upfront cost and the $500 per month maintenance for an optimized website
