BP is a great place to find these people, both virtually and in real life.

People who made money and decided to passively invest it, but still work hard staying on top of it all.It's not just a dashboard, but rather a digital service that essentially acts as our virtual family office - It automates our workflow, analyzes performance, and has a ton of features in the road map to help make better decisions. 

I look at a City like Jackson MS and same thing you drive through South Jackson were you can buy inexpensive rentals.. and virtually 90% of all the commercial is boarded the last grocery store in the neighborhood closed about 7 years ago.. now all the residence have to drive at least 10 miles or more to shopping and all the nice new shopping is north and East of these areas.. 

I talked to them on the phone and they said I would only have to pay for an appraisal if they had to send someone...might be able to do it virtually.

Maybe it is the right approach; maybe it's not.Let me put it a little differently: it's a known fact you can make money counting cards at blackjack.

If you use VAs (virtual assistants) that costs money.

I agree so many Options to choose from I would create a Virtual staging to see how they would go

I used the term ‘turn key’ because they are brand new duplexes with virtually no Maintainence.
