Would you be willing to share your gem of a property manager/realtor’s name?

I've found what looks like a total gem.

Thank you for taking so much time and effort to explain all those gems of wisdom, which I for one am going to put to use as soon as I start my PM venture.

The problem is finding that gem without having investors/developers snatch it from you.

But occasionally every blue moon literally you may be find a gem under a rock.

There seems to be no shortage of gems in South LA, congrats on this investment Marco! 

After I was excited it was gone and gave away for free, I was told the guy who grabbed it was ecstatic as it was a old vintage corvette engine worth a bunch of money!

I typically would follow the don't wait to buy real estate, buy real estate and wait, but current prices are so inflated that unless you find a hidden gem somewhere I would hold off on buying multi-family.

Driving for dollars really works...My wife and I were driving around a prime house hacking, 4-plex neighborhood when we noticed a house that jumped out as a value add gem.
