I don't think he represents small MHP investors well with his anti POH rental positions and his often derogatory and demeaning views of MHP residents.  

The Democrat Party's 2024 platform is all going in the direction of socialism/Marxism/communism.

My point of view, as an investor, looking for a deal, is the seller wants to get rid of the property.

If you are running a DST platform, you could do so in a way that benefits the investors.

I viewed it similar to the video you posted on the topic (great video btw) - its a business (and i did not realize they sold again) and the views were significantly down compared to when Brandon was hosting and they most likely did not like the way they were trending so they made a change. 

I think the one thing that Airbnb doesn't mention much that is taking away from their business is the spike in direct booking platforms for the top performing hosts and competition from VRBO /Booking.com/Other Niche OTAs.

FL is super efficient, and not a bad model from the investor point of view.

You can use an entity creation platform like Zenbusiness or Legalzoom to incorporate but you'll want to make sure you understand best tax / legal structure before you use one of these platforms to create an entity.
