They are probably used to a ton of people shopping but not doing anything and/or shopping a ton of people and wasting everyones time.Too many people try to shop around and be ultra cheap.The best customer already has an idea of costs, and is reasonable.

Needless to say, I love being located here and being part of an active real estate community.I lived in Baltimore for a number of years and if you couldn't see the potential there, you couldn't see anything at all...In a future post, I'l talk about my time living in New York and leasing luxury apartments, sometimes for 20K a month or more

Although I do tend to be ultra conservative on my first passes. 

To me it makes renting the units easier because of the luxury.

Have seen some real deep tanks but thats unusual.If probing is not finding it you may have to have some of those fancy under gound ultra sound type searching. 

Unfortunately, if I'm someone who cant afford my own office space (who these workspace environments mainly target) or I'm looking to keep my fixed costs low, then I can't have the luxury of being picky.

The ultra low down payment isn't worth the added costs.

Some of them are rough neighborhoods, but you can still see the remnants of old mansions.  

Luxury homes tend to only loosely follow the area wide trends.Many people say to look at days on market to spot changes in demand.
