You don't know how many times I coul get conventional loan in this way.In my case, my actual DTI is very low, but the way the gov calculated the income is so 1990-style that it doesn't reflect our true buying power.

Plus they're obviously working with someone at a check cashing place who is allowing them to cash them because there's no way they're altering those things and you can't tell.If all of this is true (but I doubt it is, this is a lot of risk for very little reward, Amanda), the postal inspection service has to have a case number on this already.
