If you can hire a house manager, try it again with a 3rd house.Another hack I don't really hear anyone talking about is buying some cheap used travel trailers. 

I was just  in Belize and while it was OK its a 3 rd world very poor country and when you get my age medical care is important ..

I definitely use a dresser when I travel and I expect to find one when I book an Airbnb.

Go travel the world, you'll notice America's markets are relatively cheap.

Traveling professionals are typically going to use a site like FF or Airbnb.

I will take those that project 8-10% all day (as some say the boring investments / those that hit singles and doubles).The analogy when investing in real estate (VC type investments are very different), is I will stay at 65 MPH in the middle lane with my investments, as those that travel in the left hand lane at 75 MPH at times go faster then go slower, and at the end of the day they may get there a little faster, but it typically is not very noticeable to the person in the middle lane (and sometimes they do not get there faster).

I am looking into investing in properties dedicated to travel nurses. 

Any tips for a scared first time home owner looking to rent some to travel nurses?
