One of the most effective ways to get relief, is telling others what I want to tell myself.

In Texas, if landlords have not availed themselves of some part of the $1.8 Billion set aside for rent relief, they are fools. 

Guessing the tenant isn't eligible for further government help with covid relief, but you may want to ask their case worker that as well.

They set forth some general guidelines that each state must follow to receive the funds to then distribute to those needing relief in their state.

This would suggest that we will see some price relief once these projects begin completing and more inventory is introduced to the market.

It is already happening in some areas with no real relief. 

If such actions take place, or the landlord enters without notice (note aforementioned exceptions), the tenant may go to the local district court to seek injunctive relief to prevent reoccurrences, or terminate the rental agreement (see 5A).

Its tough but numbers generally don’t work all that well for myself at first after 2-3 years things settle down and I breath a sigh of relief.  

OK, we have a moratorium on our mortgages, but unless there is some relief for property owners on the back side there will be a massive foreclosure market.

This gave me a tiny bit of relief, at least I have an "in" with a lender.
