Although, Thats not a hard and fast rule as there are some great neighborhoods in that strip and some terrible neighborhoods way over on the "West-side" (Trend anyone?)

This would almost certainly be a TERRIBLE idea to use today as rates will almost certainly be higher in 5 years than they are today which would mean your monthly payment would increase.3.
