It is good that you have reported this to the state which will have implications on their license.In addition, I would consider sending them specific emails (for your records) and rekeying the properties and gaining access to them. 

But I do know that if you subscribe to their email chain, they frequently give discounts to join for holiday specials or what not.

. :)  At the very moment (likely through next week) i'm on a temporary lending freeze, likely just through the end of May, then back to business after that. :)

Rent collection, tenant communication, template leases, electronic lease signatures, marketing, tax form prep, move-in/move-out forms, automated email reminders, background/credit checks, this list goes on.  

Ask them the requirements for a permanent or temporary residence and any short term (less than 30 days) or long term rental restrictions.

We have a data base of about 14k and recently engaged a data co to comb through and get better phone/emails as some of the entries may be on the dnc now and some still have aol lol.

My email and contact are also on my signature.

I just get an email every month, don't even think about it.

Not sure how many free email advice I get from them before they start charging.
