Yep, good points, Will.Like you, I would immediately be suspicious of a wholesaler opportunity claiming only $10k in rehab costs.

On the electrical side, I'm always suspicious of 100 amp service and un-grounded electrical outlets.

I suppose the same can be said of overly processed food, crappy meats from suspicious places, and perhaps even too much meat in general.
