Has anyone had success turning a duplex into a quad?

We have found success in New construction investment properties, and have found the investors are cash flowing as soon as they are rented.  

Real estate is a very capital intensive industry and if you do not have the money the odds of success are very low - it is no different than starting any other business - how many people do you know are successful when they start with zero?

Can you provide references or examples of successful projects you’ve funded?

I’m just a moderately successful multifamily operator and flipper with an idea.

In the past I’ve used asana with some success and more specific tools like ProCore.

The property sits on 5 acres, and after a successful first year with cash flow, I’m exploring ways to expand.Initially, I considered building another home on the property to use as a second STR.
