It's made for a busy year and more to come, but i'm hopeful that it will lead to financial freedom and work flexibility in the future when I'm coaching all of my kids' sports teams at the same time!

Prices are lower downtown and rentals stay booked for tourists, weddings, events (film festivals, conventions, sports).  

I bounced around and shook hands with people at clubs, sporting events, jail, and college for a semester.  

I am a recent college graduate working for the army teaching sport/performance psychology to soldiers.

I hear you, that's sport of what's happening in Vegas also. 

Just stopped paying taxes on it and now doesn't have the maintenance burden.It's all pretty good sport!

I can't imagine buying a 1972 Ford Pinto (a very cheap economy car designed for fuel efficiency) and deciding that I wanted to transform it into a luxury sports car.

It is currently listed at 227,000, but I know for a fact I can low ball and get them down to around 210,000 or so.It is in a very good location, close to sports coliseum and LRT station.

The tenants are often good sports about it but I can tell that it wears on them.
