@Kenneth Picha I fly a SR 22 we have an out it he whole plane parachute... if we use it 99% survivable is the stat.In RE there is no chute... you really need to be spot on there will be no soft landing if your not.

They are more work - normally the units are furnished and stocked with towels, dishes, utensils, etc. ... kind of cross between an apartment and a hotelIn your situation, I presume they are bringing their own furniture, but you may want to consider renting furnished as there is less wear and tear to your unit with all the moving in and moving out.Here we are not allowed to require or accept rent more than one rental period in advance.

It getting the insert fitting in the poly is a bit hard use a torch and very quickly heat the inside of the poly to get the resins soft .

:)I think you are right about just biting the bullet and doing it, although I'd have your agent push back to the buyer's agent about missing the appraisal window and the inconvenience this causes... and do a soft-sell on not pushing back the closing because of their error.
